Can’t wait to hear them squeal when everything doubles in price and their employers start the layoffs.

DJT will say anything to get votes. He’s suggested making SS income tax free, eliminating income tax completely for veterans and first responders, tipped employees, and much much more. Talk about a plan for crushing the economy — the tax paying middle class will get vastly smaller AND will get squeezed more, virtually

Yup, I have one I’m my Maverick. It’s the first and only CVT I’ve ever had and honestly I have zero complaints. It drives great, it’s smooth, and I never give it a single thought while driving.

Do you think he knows that the gas used for cooking isn’t the same gas as used for cars? And what if we pointed out to him that electric is better than gas for lighting. Think his mind might explode?

Wow. That’s sleazy.

I’m thinking that the 6-speed manual Miata that I just bought might do a good job of retaining it’s value over the next 25 years (2024 ND3 model, possibly the last significant update before a new platform incorporates some sort of electrical complexity), but by then I’ll be in my late 70s and probably not worried if

ND simply due to the all-caps ad. Always a red flag.

These AWD vans are sort of in demand as platforms for simple little stealth campers. Be a shame to hack up one that’s this nice, though.

This conversation starts and ends with “any attempt to sell a car on Craigslist.” from the scammers to the now-shows to the low-ballers, CL is the very reason I always go to Carvana to sell my vehicles these days.

What do you expect from the children of the Truck Nutz generation? This crap makes the neon green double wipers that I had on my 1979 Celica seem like a genuine performance upgrade.

A BMW 6 and and a manual in a small, light car? That’s a tough combo to dismiss. The miles are a tad high for comfort, but the condition of the car speaks volumes. NP from me.

And that broken center console plastic? You just know there was a drunk trying to stand on it while the equally irresponsible driver was zipping down the street.

Also true. Always fuel up as soon as the local TV weather people start getting excited about a storm -- never wait until it’s 24 hours away.

That’s just it — the world’s not ready for that kind of need, especially when you have scared people with their kids, dog, valuables — and this being Florida, guns —- packed into a car stuck in traffic on a dark and windy night. We ran from Punta Gorda to Ft. Lauderdale to escape Milton, and that was about 150 miles.

300 miles is more than I honestly NEED for day-to-day use but it’s a nice, neat psychological target. Where I live there are occasional weekends trips to the next big town (Tampa) or the even rarer (thankfully) need to get out of the path of a hurricane. 300 miles would do that (round trip). Even though I know I could

Having had MR2s of the first and second generation I’d been eying these over the last few years as a possible next toy. This one is asking all the money, particularly with that mileage, and the minor damage and the tinted lights give me serious pause. Plus, as other have said, Miatas and Boxsters offer many compelling

Some call Dave Ramsey to get his input on the situation...

Ever seen the burden placed on a family that has a loved one languishing in a nursing home for years and years? It’s horrible. It strains relationships and marriages, bankrupts families, steals weekends and opportunities for happy times, and it’s simply heartbreaking for all involved.

Exactly. You have a family to support and care for and you choose to ride around without a helmet? Sorry, but that’s just some combination of stupid and selfish. Anyone that thinks they’re safer on bike without a helmet probably shouldn’t be raising kids.

I suspect that these ships are really no better or no worse than most any other restaurant you’d dare to shine a light into. Hell, if you bother to look you’ll see that most Costcos and supermarkets have big rat bait traps around the exterior. What does that tell you?
