By my figuring, $17,500 is about 115 nights at a Hampton Inn, after which you’d still have your wife, the respect of your neighbors, and your sanity. ND.

Jokes aside, the lawsuit alleges that the passengers of the sub knew they were doomed. Apparently at 90 minutes the sub jettisoned its ballast likely due to the crew hearing cracks and pops from the failing carbon fiber. The suit surmises that as the cracks grew louder and more frequent the sub likely lost all control…
Thanks. I was seriously wondering if they were counting the headlights as two of the slots.
Is it just me are there just five slots in the “signature seven-slot grille”?
I’m not sure if this is even a rational thought, but in my mind ANY mass-produced Maserati that’s over 15 years old should be worth less than $20K. This one IS nice, and I like the manual, but honestly it isn’t that beautiful and the maintenance fears would preclude me from ever really enjoying it. I’ve never been on…
I’m not even sure where I’d find my nearest Mitsubishi dealer.
Gotta say he seems like a very down-to-earth and rational person. The Scout thing is some sweet icing on the cake.
I’d love something like this. Great for long road trips -- just stop anywhere low key/safe for a boondock quick nap, or use it to take your inflatable SUPs to fun locations. Room to change, sleep, and stash a portable toilet if you really need to.
This whole story is some Trump-level bizarre-ness. I guess in that sense Kennedy’d stock is rising.
Yea, clearly you’re OK with going to hell. Or at least willing to die on that knoll.
Agreed. The Tacoma has gone a little psycho in it’s styling.
Yup.
Gotta admit I always likes these -- both the styling and the hybrid concept. When new they were priced too crazy high, and now I’d have a very rational fear that if the battery died it’s be an expensive-if-not-feasible replacement hassle. So while this one is pretty, I’d have to say reluctant ND.
“Right now, Americans are spending an average of $47,000 on a new vehicle.”
And fill up for about 1/3 the cost of gasoline, too.
That could potentially lower insurance rates, too. And make things a lot safer for pedestrians, bikes, e-bikes and motorcycles.
Funny, I just bailed out on my 2019 Volvo plug-in hybrid at 65,000 miles because depreciation and repair paranoia were starting to creep in. I hope you do well with this one!
Honestly, I woudn’t be interested in that car at $500. There’s nothing special about it, I’m sure it’s awful to drive, unsafe, loud, requires tons of stupid maintenance, uncomfortable, and probably smells like exhaust all the time. Props to whoever kept or made it nice, but there’s not ROI for that with this car.
So now if I get a call saying “we’ve been trying to reach you about your car’s warranty” I actually should listen?
It’s simply insane that this Tesla system is legal for use on public streets. I truly feel for the family of the motorcyclist, and its pisses me off knowing that Elon will barely give it a thought and sleep just fine tonight on his mattress stuffed with all those billions of dollars.
