The Garth Brooks song, "Friends in Low Places" is pretty popular at most of my family's weddings (rural Illinois/Iowa). I was shocked the first time I heard it. Now it is just standard fare.

Wow. I don't get the hatred of someone you've never met. No one knows what happened between them, except them. And how do you know that his wife wasn't doing the same? It is just so gross to blame the other woman, especially when you don't even know them...

I think the point is that she is able to find a balance in her political live. She maintains her identity, is able to express herself through clothes, uses her more "feminine" characteristics, and is still a force.
