This reminds me of how dumb it is for there to be a chain that is EXACTLY 10 yards so you can make an accurate measurement, and then decide where that measurement takes place based solely on a guess. God, the rules of this game are stupid.

Excellent. There’s no Rob Ray rule in the senate.
It’s not necessarily “their” money. See Columbus Crew and their owners stadium extortion racket there for an example.
Geography is definitely the biggest issue, but I don’t think it’s insurmountable. Revenue sharing for the top league could cover travel expenses, and perhaps there are two 2nd divisions (East and West), with each winner being promoted and then a home and home playoff between the two runners up.
Same as the NHL. Sabres fan here, so I know.
Is this good Kinja? In any event a star for you.
Hehe. Pretty much. Everyone knows the traffic there sucks but the examples brought up were sad. It’s not the delivery trucks, it’s all those folks rushing back to Pittsford and Mendon to get away from the poors who might stop for some curated artisanal nonsense at Whole Foods that are the problems.
I don’t buy it. A vibrant league pyramid means more pros playing soccer in the USA, and more pros means more home-grown talent. No pro/rel is absolutely the reason that no one gives a fuck about the lower leagues in the USA because they mean nothing. I followed a second tier team for two decades. They won a bunch of…
They tried their hardest but it just went through, but with a lot of restrictions. Demolition is supposed to start soon. https://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/news/2018/09/18/whole-foods-project-gets-green-light-brighton-planning-board-amazon/1343007002/
If number two is true than the simple solution is to pay all of their employees more so a union becomes unnecessary.
Couple of things occurred to me about this from a local prospective (Rochester, NY). Kodak was never unionized but none of the people that I know that worked there back in its heyday ever cared. Kodak didn’t have to resort to these tactics because they paid their people well and had great benefits. I’m not saying they…
+1, just the tip
Hey Orrin, regarding partisan games, I humbly introduce you to Merrick Garland.
I just finished binge watching The Office since I realized I never saw the last two seasons. Maybe it’s my fault? Those shirts suck BTW.
Frank Frazetta is a must:
I never knew they made one of those for vans. I had a robot one I think and my sister had a fashion one.
I take it you haven’t been around here much. You’ll learn.
You’re right to a certain extent. But for me, I don’t watch football anymore because it got so boring and the teams I followed (Bills and Browns) sucked and were boring. I’m thinking more along the lines of what would get me to come back to watching the NFL; besides the obvious things of not drafting sexual predators,…
We have one too and it shocked me.
You clearly missed the joke you fucking idiot. There’s this concept called sarcasm that may have escaped you.
