In planet hulk, he goes through a portal that saps him of most of his power, and the locals put a “controller” into his chest to keep him at bay. In this case, it looks to be more of a mash up of the grandmasters contest of champs and planet hulk attire.

I find myself wondering how much of an effect these tests, and the ones conducted by the USSR had on our current environmental\climate issues.
