I believe Bon Jovi is doing an impression of Jack Black doing a Bon Jovi impression in those commercials.

I saw them at Lollapalooza in '07 (I think) and it was one of the worst performances I've seen, if not the absolute worst. The sound quality was horrible and they clearly didn't give a shit about the show.
