I've served on a GJ, they are more than just a rubber stamp.  Would you rather have procecutors have free reign to file whatever unsubstantiated charges on marginalized people they would like to?

No, I don’t believe that the timing is appropriate, but there are an awful lot of people up in arms about this being presented to the GJ as being some sort of deriliction of duty.

I heard about the cut they take quite a while ago, and will only order from the joint that makes the food and have them deliver or pick it up myself.  I appreciate the places that I do eat, and they already operate on some pretty thin margins, and I don't want to make them even thinner.

I love the cute way you guys reply while leaving rational thought in the grays. I usually stay away from this site for that reason, reasonable responses are suppressed while ignorant outrage is propagated. There’s usually just as much ignorant bigotry over here as there is over on stormfront.

Constitutional rights involve restricting the government from abusing its citizens. The government did not violate him here, a couple of hillbillies did, and they are now facing a Grand Jury for that.
