This story has become overblown - I assume, without facts, that the kid agreed to it because “what’s the big deal?” Now the news and the outrage. I hope charges are dropped.

You must live in a small little world.

You keep making the same dumb joke because of a lack of understanding - there are more reasons for not buying an EV than simply range.

You mean companies are doing what’s best for companies and not acting like social justices? Oh, the injustice! Damn capitalism!

The Hummer EV comes in at 9000 lbs; I’m gonna say this will be at least 8500. I guess all that weight will get you to the bottom of the mud pit to where the traction is?

I dig it. AM radio, a colorful exterior stripe kit, call it the Macho, and I’m in.

I’m in - buy some gears for the prop shaft, add a large blade under the body, and I’ve got my new lawnmower for the 5 acre lot!

It’s like keeping your old wife a virgin so you can sell her for a fortune some day and get a horny young new wife with the money.

We’re not all stupid.

I was out at “fanboi” - I assumed the rest of the commentary was going to end with “ok boomer”.

So, the average Jalop:

You get diseases doing that.

I’ve been noticing a lot more paper plates on busted ass cars the past few years here in Houston.

42 gallons of Texas nectar (@ $2.78 a gal):

Because you live with Houston traffic, because bad knees, bad back, or you’re old enough to say “driven years with manual cars - fuck them”.  And if any are true, then skip the 911.  I did. Only autos at my house.
