Fewer ICE cars means lower emissions but it takes a long term approach - not the immediate effect you keeep looking for which is why no one can “break out the science” to satisfy your short-sighted ass.

Yes, but the money goes to companies who don’t have any emissions issues and they in turn use that for more sustainability and possibly more products. In the short-term, you’re right.
