If thats true, than I stand corrected. Do you have a source for that?

I'm sure it might be awful, but every report I've seen so far, even from MS detractors, has praised the Kinect 2 as an amazing piece of hardware, so I guess I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Allegedly the mics in the new kinect can isolate the sound of your voice and filter out most if not all of the background noise, which, as far as I know, is not a claim the current kinect makes.

*whoosh*

I wish every Xbox One story didn't have hundreds of people commenting along the lines of "BUT NSA WILL WATCH YOUR LIVING ROOM!!!111111!!".

Do you have a source for them stopping movies if too many people are in the room? Otherwise you need to take your tinfoil hat off bro.

My point is that the competition comes from GameStop and other used game retailers. The last game I purchased was Tomb Raider for my 360, I went into GameStop fulling intending to buy the retail version, I even had the box in my hand at the checkout desk, but guess what? The lady said to me "Hey, we have a used copy

A little off topic but I've been thinking about this a lot recently. If Steam works as a business, which it presumably does as its been around for years, why wouldn't Microsoft, in their push for digital only and DRM, just copy the business model?

Fair point about needing to see more than the middle of the screen, but there are solutions to that also, like shifting the ground level up into the upper 1/3 of the screen, because as far as I can see nothing happens in the vertical plane. Then your thumbs could rest on the bottom 1/3rd and nothing would be obscured.

Considering most smartphones are minimum 4.3" and the action only happens within the middle 25% of the screen, I don't think that your fingers would cover anything. It could easily use the left half / right half control system that a lot of other games do.

Another reason to be excited! :D

I think you are underestimating how bad the ending was, at least for me, it totally ruined the game.

Is Peter Dinklage the voice of the ghost in the Destiny trailer? It sounds identical to him.

Will not be buying this after playing AC3. It just looks like more of the same tired combat and parkour and honestly, the naval battles were my least favorite part of AC3.

Did you get to the ending?

Maybe Ryse is underwhelming, but have you seen the 1080p gameplay footage of Destiny? I know its not a launch title, but considering it's scheduled for first quarter 2014, its pretty close, and there is absolutely no way that you can say that it doesn't look "next gen".

It looks like you can only use one power at a time, like once he picked up the next power up after reflect, he could either use that or the reflect power, and for the sake of showing more of the game (presumably) they exclusively used each power as they got it. Also, I'm assuming that this was on the very easiest

If you want to discuss the legitimacy of stand your ground laws that's one thing, however saying "If your white enough you can get away with murder" is ignorant and not based on any fact whatsoever. Especially when the source you cite doesn't even claim to show definitive bias in the law, rather concluding that a

How white is that exactly? Because Zimmerman is at least half Hispanic (his mother is from Peru)...

No, it is not.
