I’ve played through the original trilogy 4 separate times (Male and Female, both Renegade and Paragon). I can quote many of the scenes by heart; other scenes I can play with my eyes closed. One of these days I swear I’ll go and get the TWO missing achievements from the entire trilogy (1 from 1, 1 from 3 DLC). I own

The internet has made virtually every fanbase toxic.

......ho...how is it like that? One’s real and one is purely a fantasy OF fantasy. Why do people get ‘emotionally invested’ over who has sex with who?

No, it’s a subset of fandom, but that’s arguing semantics. How does it carry “more emotional investment” by fantasizing over who has sex with who? I’ve never read one fanfaction - of anything - and I’ve never had a ‘ship’ fantasy and I’ve been borderline obsessed with more than a few universes in my day.

Fine, ship. It’s your choice. But don’t petition the CREATORS of the fiction to make your ‘ship’ (god, I hate that word) canon, and then get pissed off when they don’t.

Wonder Woman was a MASSIVE ‘meh’. Add “The Girl With All The Gifts” in that category as well. I don’t have too much issue with any other movie on that list: they’re all pretty much stellar.

Wow. Just, wow. I especially liked the part where you can’t wait for everybody 40+ to die. Oh, guess what though? I’d still be here, telling the youngins that a trying to be a professional gamer is not a viable career option. (As I wrote the original post I was still in my 20s, so...)

By getting rid of Jeff Fisher.

I didn’t say that he shouldn’t complete. I was more reading into the article and the writer’s persuasions to say that a chance at a prize winning is not a career. You have a much higher chance to play any professional sport than you are to make a living playing video games (people participating in event / people

NASCAR and F1 racers as well as golfers come from VERY wealthy parents that allow their children to make a living playing a game. In the case of NASCAR and especially F1, these teams frequently hemorrhage money to keep their kid’s dream afloat. Can you make money playing eSports? Absofuckinglutely. The problem is you

Both Paul brothers are pieces of shit.

Man, I loved this game. The quirky sprites, the first person dungeon, and (of course) the music. Reading this article, I had both the Storybook Theme and the Labrynth Proper running through my head. Classic.

No, Squirrel Girl actually sells.

Made it three issues. It was bad.

Now playing

Sorry, Yoda beat the shot out of R2 while Mark Hamill recites more of that brilliant Lucas prose. Slimy mudhole! He really wrote the greatest dialogue.

Theeeeeeere it is. The name-calling. I knew it wouldn’t take you long, but to go straight for “Complete fucking moron” was a little surprising, I must admit. Senile Yoda beat the shit out of Yoda with a stick and made Luke carry him around like a backpack. That’s some highbrown stuff right there, and from what is the

Yeah, because Star Wars NEVER had humor, forced or otherwise. “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for”, “You’re short for a Stormtrooper”, “YIPEE!”, “Meesa Jar-Jar Binks”, senile Yoda, “What’s this button do? WHOOPS!”, fucking Ewoks, C-3PO, “roger, roger”, and countless other things NEVER happened in Star Wars. R2

Nah. Definitely felt like a Star Wars movie. I’m sorry, we didn’t get senate debates, lamenting sand, TERRIBLE scene transitions, wooden acting, and another super weapon to blow up.

4 and 6 are ‘fucking incredible’ and the top two in the series. Gameplay and storywise 7 doesn’t hold a candle to the SNES masterpieces. As I’ve stated elsewhere, 7 is in an odd place as an early 3D RPG and no, it doesn’t hold up graphically, but for many it was their first FF, if not their first RPG altogether, and
