Didn’t say it was hard. Far from it, actually. The game is simply rudderless and I didn’t feel at all interested in figuring out the puzzle of its nuances.
Boring and confusing =/= difficult. HLD gets this terribly wrong.
The kings of “that’s not a bug, that’s a feature!”
Ok. Sure.
I love the Dreamcast. Even though I rarely play it anymore and some of my games could fetch a hefty price if sold (Skies of Arcadia, FF:MOW, Last Blade 2, Cannon Spike, Mars Matrix, etc.), I don’t think I’ll even be able to part with them. I grew up a Sega fanboy through and through, and those roots run deep.
I feel that Overwatch is much more enjoyable with a nerfed Genji. In a non-twitch shooter, he and Tracer stick out like sore thumbs with their respective speeds in relation to the rest of the cast. Now that Genji has been brought back to Earth a little bit, I feel that Tracer could use a bit of the same.
So you’re overly sensitive. Got it. ;)
You mean, I MIGHT GET A BAD PLAYER ON MY TEAM FOR A MATCH?
Quit saying ‘it’s like’, when what your reference is nothing like the topic. Tone down on that hyperbole a bit. (And, for the record, show me more than one belligerent asshole who said Lochte was just a kid. THAT shit needs to blow over.)
No, it’s not. Most times I HATE trolls, but this is one instance where people should let it blow over. You can keep your opinion, and I’ll keep mine. But, you know, lighten up a bit, eh?
Nope. What this guy is doing is no different than Will Farrel playing spring training baseball. Play the one match with him on the team, get in on the joke, and move on.
If you are legitimately “trying to win” at a sub-20 (again) legitimate rank, maybe you need to try a new game. That’s like the 35-year-old Softball all star that still thinks he has a shot at goin’ pro. Ain’t gonna happen.
Sorry, Jason, but I found this somewhat disturbing. If you have to justify your hobby to your significant other, than you might need to find a new one. Many people are totally OK with someone spending a weekend vegging on a couch playing a game without needing a reason; there should be no justifying, lying, or…
No. Not at all, really. Just saying that it’s entirely possible to go up in rank without being in a group, as the OP stated. I’m sorry you have to blame your losses on a bad team, but saying that I’m ‘lucky’ that I don’t get the bad team is egotistical on your end, no?
Yup. My 80% ranked win percentage is all because of a flip of the coin. Keep blaming all your losses on getting ‘bad teammates’ every time. It’s not a solo game and shouldn’t be played as such, but it’s entirely possible to be an actual teammate without being in a group. Feel out the team and fill a role instead of…
Yup. My rank is 100% dependent on luck. Only logical reason, right?
All I was really responding to was that it’s entirely possible to be a ‘higher’ rank without playing in an elite group and/or being a pro.
What? You don’t like trying to round the payload around that last corner against 3 Bastions and 3 Tjorborns?
Xbox. Just bought it on PC and hit 25. Haven’t got my rank there yet.
