The poster came out of the gates calling my life ‘shitty and exhausting’, so he pretty much jumped out of grounds for civil debate immediately. Also, when did I attack the person? Is pointing out that his post history is filled with misogyny and name calling an attack on my part? Maybe I have to look in the Online

So, you basically just said: ‘Obsidian has a bad rep about endings because the majority of their games end bad.’ Thanks for that, mate. Not sure why you had to agree with me in an adversarial way, though. :/

Final act was ~45 minutes. The last boss was a joke. Then, in typical Obsidian fashion you’re given still images with text/voice overs for an ‘ending’. Sorry, it was shit and par for their course (sadly).

Stick of Truth WAS a full experience with a botched final act, IMO. You have a new villain emerge, Kenny become evil, and chef show up... all without any real reason or conclusion.

It happens with every single one of their games. It’s like they work on the game until some higher up says ‘we’re shipping in two weeks’, forcing them to slap together some rushed, shitty ending.

Mainly Pillars of Eternity and KOTOR II, slightly less for Neverwinter Nights, New Vegas (my game, anyway, although some dispute), and Stick of Truth, and I can’t speak for Alpha Protocol.

So, it being an Obsidian game, will it start off well, become amazing when you think you’re about halfway done, and then end unceremoniously and out of the blue?

More than any other, I lament the end of this series.

There’s a difference between being confrontational and participating in discourse, so, yeah. Never said I was trying to be a good example to the ‘high schooler’, I just said that since his posts are full of misogyny, ‘faggots’, and ‘retards’ that he’s in it for the lulz.

But they remade or remastered every FF prior to 7. 6 has less releases than almost and other 2D edition, and no spin offs. Judging by how Squeenix seems to hate on 6, I would be a remake of FFIV and weak old Cecil would happen before 6.

I know this isn’t a popular opinion, but as much as I want to I make myself can’t enjoy Miss Marvel. I bought the first trade and read the first dozen or so issues and can’t find a compelling reason to continue. I appreciate Marvel trying to be more inclusive (female lead, Muslim, etc), but it seems like that’s all it

It’s something that’s quite easy. You click on their name and *gasp* you can see the last few comments they made RIGHT THERE IN THE BROWSER. I do it from time to time to see if the commenter is trying to actually make a point of if they’re just a confrontational jackwagon.

So it looks like you’re not a high schooler. I take that part back. Everything else: not so much.

Ah, sorry. Looking at your post history I see what kind of person you are: an entitled, extremely uninformed, misogynistic high schooler. Enjoy the little while you have while mommy and daddy still buy you everything you need and you can still believe that you are a special snowflake. When you realize the earth

You are so wise.

Hilarious griefing is an oxymoron. I’m sure when I was in my late teens I would have found ruining someone else’s fun entertaining, but now that I’m an established adult (blech) I don’t find it even remotely comical. If you have to derive enjoyment out of something - anything - by hampering the enjoyment of others, I

You are comparing apples and oranges here. This is not a case of being shipped unfinished (SFV) or with game breaking bugs (Arkham Knight). This is a game company literally trying something that has never been done before in creating a show and a game simultaneously and having gamers up in arms that they are choosing

But they are offering a complete product and if you factor in the fact that it’s also a television show, I would argue more than a complete product. Download the show to your HDD and watch the videos whenever the hell you please. I just find it maddening that ‘gamers’ want the technology to advance as rapidly as

You’re pissed off that in 10 years you might not be able to get the same experience. Got it. I’m sure Remedy and Microsoft are concerned about your future bargain-bin purchase as they fund a multi-million dollar product.

And I’m not sure why you’re complaining about it. :/
