Can you answer why the cops would let her DRIVE OFF without a license? In my neck of the woods they would have arrested her and impounded the vehicle. Had she gotten into an accident, the police would be entirely responsible for letting her drive off.

I have purchased better tools and a lift and I’m working on garage heat. I wont stop but I will make life easier. I’m now 40 and I have learned my lesson about cheap tools and no lift.
