I know it isn’t the FIFA rule, but I think it would make it easier for players to keep themselves onsides if the rule was “If any part of the player overlaps, then you are onsides” rather than “If any part of the player extends beyond, then you are offsides”.  The challenge for players under the VAR rules is to try

If you are going to point to a forward who hasn’t been delivering, I think Morgan gets the stare before Rapinoe (despite her excellent goal v. England.)

I agree.  Morgan had a great goal, but Press, Heath (and Lloyd when she came in) make much more happen up front.

The 2015 world cup team always had her in the same left wing position that she has been playing in this cup.

Reading this after the game, this is a very well thought out and prescient article.  All the talk during the game was that Rapinoe was out with some sort of injury, but regardless, Press clearly filled that role well.  Despite Press’ performance, I hope Rapinoe is at least available for the final.

I am just going to be honest.  I do not understand the apostrophes, commas or really any of the grammar in the title.

I love Daniel Craig doing outrageous southern accents. Total foghorn leghorn, he is.

Yep, that generalization was not a generalization at all.  Very important point.

A master-debater has arrived!!!

I am glad we agree about risk and accepting responsibility.  Now if the folks defending vehicular manslaughter would just accept their responsibilities.  (And, in all fairness, most do.... just not the drivers posting here.)

I don’t think that means what you think it means.

Yeah, nit-picking doesn’t really change the fact that dead is worse that really any level of emotional trauma.   That argument is pretty pointless.

You are right. I guess you are actually arguing that bikes are more dangerous that cars because of the horrible emotional trauma that bikes can expose people to by letting their riders die.  That is better.

I agree completely. The car is the dangerous weapon and the driver has a responsibility. No one is asking drivers to somehow stop every reckless act that occurs near them. My comment was saying that cars are more dangerous that bikes. To extend your first statement, the level of responsibility is related to the level

And joggers, man, they can appear out of now where and push you to the ground. And if they have a dog, the dog can rip you to shreds.

I’m sorry I assumed this comment section was about the article it was posted under.

Perhaps, as a demonstration of your brilliance, you can learn to write.  Then we can talk about stupid.

This is why we can’t have nice things, internet....

Wow.  Did you read article?  And your take away is “That poor delivery truck driver”.  That is some seriously twisted logic.
