The point was they were bantering about what to eat like an old couple already. She turns down his suggestion as well. What a bizarre thing to get hung up on.

What did he do this ep that was toxic?

Wasn’t it a boba hut? I don’t see Nathaniel going there.

My favourite line of the night was from Heather, when saying Nathaniel was hot in “an Armie Hammer kind of way”.

Swiss francs. Swedes have kroner.

Greg’s declaration at the end was one sweet punch to the feels.

I’m not sure I’ve loved any of the songs this season as much as some from previous seasons, but the plot has been charming and genuinely heartwarming in ways that I didn’t expect from this occasionally cynical show.

It was really skeezy, but it worked for me because Guys and Dolls is really skeezy. And I’m glad they’re working in all the parodies of classic musicals they can think of before the show ends.

Two people talking about what they wanted to eat made me cry.

Someone on Tumblr wrote down the Death Pool odds and they are hilarious:

My favorite gag had to be the revelation that Darrel carries a bag of Swedish Francs on his person at all times just incase the economy collapses while he’s out and about.

I’m pretty sure the incredibly convenient price of exactly $50 is a joke, not a reality.

No, two episodes next week. Finale, live show.

those last few minutes were so lovely

Agreed about how nice it was having the callbacks, especially now so near the end - I’d have given the episode an A based on the fact that someone said BLAM! alone.

This was a very callback-heavy episode, which was nice to have as we near the end. Valencia referencing her Sisterhood song not once but twice, the Math of Love Quadrangles, the JAP Praise Fight, all good.

It wouldn’t have to be lump sum payouts. They could stagger it, like they do with food stamps and other benefits. And as PsiPhiGirl mentioned, the mil is not the only pork. Far from it. It’s just a large and especially bloated example.

I really do wish the options available for generational wealth growth were factored into the wider talk of reparations. We know they’d rather burn the whole thing down rather than hand us a check or not get our tax dollars for a period of time. They really shouldn’t be fucking us for free tuition, room, board, books

Or we could cut corporate welfare and military spending... I’m just say’n.

If I had to guess, I’d say no.
