I sold plasma twice a week for quite a while in college. It is a good way to make some extra cash if you aren't squeemish about needles at all. I was typically in and out in around an hour. Make sure to bring a book or laptop or something for entertainment.

Not "I hope nobody got hurt" or "hopefully people aren't out of a job because of this", but "will this delay iPad 2 shipments"? Seriously fucking douchey.

Trusting Google with financial information directly tied to your Google ID? What could possibly go wrong?

I assume that this doesn't work for those of us that flash new ROMs and have to wipe the cache fairly often.

That is a ridiculously false statement.

I would consider making the topic more clear. I'm guilty of not reading the post text and driving straight into the comments on these. A title such as "Ask and Answer Android Questions in Today's Help Yourself Thread" would do quite nicely.

Titanium Backup. It requires root access to your phone. I try new ROMs often enough that it made sense for me to buy the pro version, but YMMV.

Your best bet is to just start googling for "ubuntu" and your wireless card type. If you can't find anything after a few searches, try searching or posting on the ubuntu forums. People are generally quite helpful and knowledgeable there.

Also, if you are going with the Harry Potter theme, how about Albus?

Sorry, I didn't specify. I mostly just tinker in Ubuntu, Windows is where I work and play games.

Attempting to install Ubuntu on fakeRAID is a nightmare. That is all.

He is adorable enough to warrant a very proper sounding name. "Wheatley", "Reginald", "Theodore" or something equally proper sounding.

Start looking for things that can be pitched overboard... try to talk about it with your family, friends, and girlfriend. Find a way that you can warn them or give them some sort of sign when you are having a bad day. I know for me at times I just need to be left alone for a while and I feel better.
