If I understand correctly, this was driven mainly by game developers. Apparently people were buying the shorter games, playing them to completion, and returning them within the 24 hour window. I can't imagine this was as big of an issue as it was made out to be though. There should be plenty of alternative options to

@i ♥ Tofu: FTL is a pretty commonly used term in Sci-Fi, meaning faster-than-light. He may be a SG fan, but he could have heard it from any number of places :).

@Tsylord: Giving time for community service is fun and free. That was my main 'charity' outlet as a student. I'd say that doing good things seems to generate good feelings. Donating money is just one weapon in that arsenal.

@Criosphynx: Disclaimer: I have the original Droid, so I may not be tuned into the Droid 2 issues.

@Canoehead: Yeah, why doesn't the US government just man up and start killing anyone that "goes to war" with them. Releasing information to the public is dangerous and should be met with deadly force.

@Zinger314: GOOD LORD THAT JUST SEEMS SO WRONG

@Twanzio: I have opinions about this article, but they are just my opinions and other people have equally valid opinions of their own!
