@Walking Eye!: I would hardly call it DRM heavy... perhaps DRM lite since you can play offline, activate on multiple computers, unlimited re-downloads, etc. Not to mention the social features are pretty nice.

@weirdphil: I love your avatar... He's the best, that Candleja-

@ronpandolfi: Add a suggestions hashtag to that and you might be in business.

You guys gotta be more careful with that weekend tag... my heart jumped as I thought to myself "Is today Friday? Did I somehow get through this workweek faster than anticipated?" Alas, it was not so.

@lewis82: Just reading the word yawn made me yawn. And now typing it has done it again.

The factory employs around 400,000 workers. There have been 10 suicides this year (nearly 6 months in). At this rate we can estimate 20 suicides per year per 400,000 people. This puts the rate at 5 per 100,000. This is DRASTICALLY lower than China's average of around 14 per 100,000.

Is it too late to say "cue the trolls and faux trolls commenting"? Yes, yes it is. I'm leaving it anyway.

Does anybody know of a website that I could use to lookup the playtime of a bunch of games? I'm trying to sort through my backlog and decide which ones to play in what order. Ideally it would be anything that doesn't include Googling it, then sorting through links.

@wyldrose: You may want to try looking at the Dell outlet. There are some really excellent deals there, especially for low-end machines like you are looking for. Link is to Zino machines, but you can play with the filters as you see fit.

@Phoshi: Gotta love our two-party system... sure you could vote for a 3rd party, but its throwing your vote away! (insert clip from Simpsons Treehouse of Horror)

@fire.taco: Shhh... you'll scare the kitties...

Today's article on barefoot running has finally pushed me over the edge... next chance I get to stop by a shoe store with Vibram 5-fingers, I'm in.

@zophiel: Also remember to add in health benefits, as well as risks (getting hit by a car perhaps).

@dragonskin: I actually liked their idea of setting up privacy by groups. Nearly all of my Facebook friends end up in the Limited Profile group, which restricts them to some pretty basic information about me. The ones that are actually close friends of mine have access the the full buffet of information on me,

Best text message tone: Navi saying "Hey! Listen!"

This looks all fine and dandy, but am I the only one that doesn't really like cover flow? I much prefer a simple grid of windows to choose from, so hopefully they have something besides this.

@gor62: Absolutely! If you only invite those required for the meeting, there is no excuse for people to be texting or emailing (exceptions can be made for those in support positions). The key is that meetings should be on-point and relevant to all who were invited.
