@Bonsai_halcyon: it got a little heavy handed for my liking near the end. The rest of the time it is a pretty big part of the plot but not too preachy. There are some parts about the dangers of religion as well, which I found to be an interesting part of the movie.

@Bonsai_halcyon: Personally, I was underwhelmed by Book of Eli... but I was going in expecting an entire movie about Denzel whooping on bad guys. It turned out to be less of that than I had hoped.

@gthing: I think honesty would probably work out just as well and/or better than lying in this situation. Most front desk people are working the front desk because they are very friendly and accommodating. If you ask to borrow a charger for the night they will most likely allow it, and may even offer to let you have

@total-lightweight: That was either intentional, or the irony gods were guiding Adam's fingers. Either way, I vote for keeping the title that way :).

@dahlberg123001: Sprint plans may have the best price, but be careful where you get them. I (stupidly) signed a contract with Sprint before leaving college, and now that I've moved for a job, I get crap Sprint reception at home. My fiance has Verizon and gets perfect reception.

@philpetrieaudio: My name is Mousimus Decimus Meridius, commander of the armies of the kitchen....

Glad to see they had Steam as an option, although just supporting Steam wouldn't necessarily support all of the games. If I could still play my games (with good performance, wine doesn't do the trick for me) on Linux, it would be an incredibly easy choice to switch over from Windows.

Aesthetically, I love these featured desktops. My question is this: do you generally find having a desktop like this to improve your productivity? Or do you just like to spend time tweaking your desktop to look great?

@Buster Friendly: rAmen to that... seems like it has been far too long of a week. Yay for a weekend at home with no agenda!

@Bonsai_halcyon: haha seconded on the TF2... easily my most used app :). Steam is a great way to buy more video games than you should as well

@camneil01: You are either from the other side of the world, or the future... either way, hello!

@kenton86: I can't really comment on the hard drive matter, but one thing I can tell you for sure is when you are done installing, get rid of your [Windows.old] folder! I missed that detail and had 50+ gigabytes of junk on my machine for too long.

@NorwoodIsMyHero: The point of contention generally comes from the concept of "there was no year zero". Because they started counting at 1, the first decade wasn't until 11, etc.

@OCEntertainment: *Looks outside at giant mounds of snow* So it sounds like there is more (packed) snow on the plowed roads around here than fell around you. Why am I at work again?

@shanebotwin: I think it is ridiculous to have to hit an ATM and pay $2 every time I need cash, and then have to decide if I want to walk around with too much cash, or have to pay $2 again sooner. The world has changed fortunately, and there is little need to carry cash around in most places. Cashback and other

@jupiterthunder: No worries, I was just having a bit of fun at your expense. I can see why some wouldn't see this as a "deal" necessarily, but it could save people money where they may otherwise have spent it on previous seasons of Lost. All in all, I approve.
