Yeah, this is the flipside. My take is that the M96/M97 IMS/RMS problem, whether real or overstated, has started to take over the discussion of the 997.1. And, I don’t know if there will be a rebound for the 997.1 because of it.

For the 997, I think it’ll be the 997.2. The 9a1 doesn’t have the IMS problems the m96/m97 allegedly had, it was the first with direct injection, and the 997 is the last generation that didnt have turbos across the board, which is like catnip to “purists.”
