I'm in the UK and set up a [yahoo.com] account 7 years ago (there was no Gmail back then!). Because I had [a.com] suffix (Yahoo presumably considered me regarded as being US based). As such, I had to pay for Yahoo Mail Plus for a few years to get POP access.

Happy birthday!

There's also a great little widget called Screenshot Plus. It's a free download, so maybe worth a look?

I'm a big fan of Texter, but the latest version seems to make Adobe Illustrator go all 'wonky' :-(

Video hack: Skip to 3 mins 29 secs to see the thing being taken apart.

I use a (mac) app with a very similar name: desktoptopia, which rotates images created by designers. It's not free ($20) but the images are really nice. Certainly worth a look if changing wallpapers are your bag! [www.desktoptopia.com]

Foldershare is a great app, and I can't believe it isn't promoted more heavily by Microsoft. I have been using it for a couple of years (since I read about it in Gina's original post). I mainly use it to back up on to external hard drive from a notebook, for which it excels.

OK some feedback from me (a GTD user in the UK):-

If anyone's interested, there's a useful Crossloop tutorial video here:-

You tend to forget just how useful 'Texter' is until you use a different PC and are forced to type in everything long-handed. Texter just there sits in the system tray being good.

A quick update:

For the record....I prefer an opaque old menu bar!

Here's the solution for that 'blue screen of death':-

Aaaaarrrrgggh! I fell victim to that 'blues screen of death'! And yes, I did have that third party 'APE' software installed (which I am sure was the culprit).

Fantastic! I installed Leopard on Friday and could not Keepass to work. I too had the same issue as Jesirose.
