He’s so awkward looking. And he doesn’t even have the “stare deeply into your eyes and make you think you’re the only one” type of charisma. He got better looking (?) somehow over the years from what I can tell from The Vow, but still creepy and gross and full of insincere BS.

From the Vow, it also seemed to appeal to artistic types who—perhaps stereotypically—look for more of the touchy-feely “positive thoughts” and “what is your place in the world” and “pay to do expensive new therapy” type stuff. Similar to perhaps Scientology.

The reason I did not believe this is that Kyle and Teddi clearly invited Brandi everywhere this season—if they’re so disgusted by her, why was she around? To be messy and because they’re using Brandi to “take down” Denise. With the help of the producers, of course.

I’m late to this party, but had to comment to agree. Also, it seemed the producers were all-in on the shaming Denise for (allegedly — who cares...) having a relationship with Brandi. And the “gotcha” of Denise not wanting threesome talk around her kids vs. Denise talking with her adult girlfriends about sex...so

As the top comment on the YouTube video said: “This is Dee playing Martina Martinez in Always Sunny.”

What about Jada taking advantage of a less powerful young man (friend of her son) that is half her age? How is that lost? Would you be saying the same if Will did this to one of Willow’s vulnerable friends (started a sexual relationship)?

Oh my god.  This JUST happened to me.  Not the nether regions thing...the nutmeg thing.

I think people have been dropping off given the changes with Jezebel (and the other sites).

It’s so unfortunate. I check Jezebel every day, out of habit and continued optimism, but am usually disappointed. And I don’t like picking on the writers—I couldn’t do what they do—but the subject matters and tone are just not what they used to be.

The tone of Jezebel over the last year (? or thereabouts) is really disappointing. Not funny snark, just mean.

“They know they can’t extradite him.”

So why is “Scary Island” not on this list? Or the RHONY trip to Colombia?

“Nothing will ever get through to them.” — yep! I’m not expecting this book to change any votes, but perhaps provide some salacious stories for those of us who already know Trump is a monster.

They were fired!  Huzzah!  Now burn it all down!!!  Bravo needs an overhaul.

Vanderpump Rules has a very questionable history, but I’ve kept watching it as part of my mindless TV regimen. No more.  This is disgusting, and there are no acceptable excuses for calling the police on a black person.

Also, highlighting Twitter as more problematic than other platforms is a bit disingenuous given the character limitations on posts, and the need for literal “shorthand.”

If using the phrase “fellow white women” is not inclusive of the author itself (which I could argue), can you please provide some dialog that those of us white women can use when posting to social media (Facebook included)—for those of us who recognize we have privilege and advantages by being white, but want to get

I believe the word you’re looking for is “Yoohoos”

The publisher issued an apology of sorts, yet I’ve received two advertisements for American Dirt tonight. One even on The Root.

She was already interviewed extensively for what was, in my opinion, the better Aaron Hernandez documentary: Aaron Hernandez Uncovered. On Hulu, I believe.
