The obvious solution to this (after going down a Googlehole and reading articles about judging art vs the artist and complicity, etc. in which all the examples of vile acts by artists were male), is to support more female artists.

Yes, but in a law firm, the law firm is treated as a whole. Including for malpractice, etc. Ethics rules dictate that if one attorney has a conflict, it’s a conflict for the entire firm.
