Have you gotten in touch with Tom Porter at Porter Cycles? He did a great job replacing the downtube on my Crust.

p sure this guy was trolling

I’m sure it was, although you’d think the linked Reuters piece would’ve been enough to make him realize the mistake.

“Renault, of course, is in the middle of trying to merge with Peugeot, which they insist is still on despite the pandemic. I wish them both luck.”

Yup--garage fees in Mid/lower Manhattan frequently top $600-800 a month.

My Saab burns/leaks about a quart every 1,000 miles (it’s done this for the past 30,000+ miles, is otherwise fine, and I don’t feel like replacing the turbo seals).

Sure, but Nissan doesn’t really get a say in ending the Alliance.

Fair enough, though it’s not really Nissan’s decision to make. The whole Alliance angle was always bullshit, even though they did stop a couple of steps short of a full merger.

One point you’re not really touching upon is the fact that Renault (and France) essentially bailed Nissan out back in 1999, hence the odd ownership structure that overwhelmingly benefits France. Whether that structure still makes sense today is up for debate, but Nissan was in a fairly desperate financial situation

Is what I’m naming my Communist dating website

OK but is the Value Direct???

“De Blasio was quick to reassure New Yorkers that “brief exposure [to asbestos] is not a problem... but if this material is in a building, if it’s on clothing, that is a real concern.” He urged anyone who was in the vicinity of the explosion to remove their clothes and shower immediately.”

When I was young we drank asbestos straight from the hose!!!!

Mildly surprise their office stayed open at all today, tbh!
