I had Sunday Ticket free last year as part of my promotional package. Saw it re-up last month and immediately called to cancel, and the DTV rep was aghast that I wanted my MLS package but had no interest in Sunday Ticket: “... but you live so close to a team!”

Oh, very nice. You could go the way of the guy who changed over his Dembele shirt, too:

Nice. I’ve never been to Anfield either, though I’ve seen the Fenway friendlies recently. My wife has a line on a contract job in England, though, so if that comes through I’m angling for a cheap tag-along. :) Have fun and YNWA.

Brutal.

Seems as good a thread as any to ask, though it might not get seen: I’m planning to buy one of the LFC 125th Anniversary home kits after the window closes, and because I like the new name+number format in the EPL, I’m probably going to get it personalized as well. I just can’t decide who. Leaning towards Salah, as I

Duly noted, thanks!

Depends on if PSG structured the Neymar deal as awkwardly as the proposed Coutinho deal is being reported. If Barca got most of the Neymar money up front, they should have the cash on hand to do either Dembele or Coutinho - however, based on what is being reported about what the Coutinho bid looked like between

+1 additional shirt sponsor dollar.

I think given that Dembele might be going through and Klopp’s statements, Coutinho will probably retract his transfer request between now and the close of the window. Barcelona have mismanaged that potential transfer almost as badly as Liverpool did van Dijk’s, and by now he’s got to be seeing the nickel-and-dime

I don’t think it is necessarily a disagreement. I suspect Southgate was going to bring him in mainly for cover, because I don’t think he starts for England in any instance right now (though Malta could prove a compelling case for me being wrong). I think Rooney would find himself a bit player behind Kane, Rashford,

I mean, yes on both counts, but he’s on 200k a week at Liverpool already and Barcelona are already going to be blocked on winning much of anything this year because all their roads end up going through Madrid in every competition and Coutinho won’t be enough to counter that himself.

I went to my first game when my now-wife transferred in (we met in juco and I was a year behind her), and it was this game:

As a Liverpool fan, I am reserving judgment on how much this will impact me going forward.

Don’t mind me, just here to check the byline...

I have always considered myself to be quite the celebrity. And Caves of Narshe is now 20 years old!

Any article that mentions Sonic 3 Complete is a winner in my book.

Yeah, good catch, got myself all tied up thinking about typing “NYCFC” later in the sentence. Doesn’t make it any less true.

As a long-time SKC fan, I was briefly irate about this, as he was a talisman for a club that is mainly made up of hard-working guys with limited personality. I’ve since come around on it a bit for a few reasons - first, Gerso and Blessing have been great this year with or without Dwyer; second, he was in the last year

Annoying because Jozy actually DID try to pass once in the first half when it was obviously the wrong decision. Could have opened the scoring 20 minutes earlier.
