That looks like it's about my daughter's size. I would absolutely get her that. I would NOT let her wear it to pajama day at her daycare.

Pedant response, but that's Xabi, not Xavi. :)
Oh, in that case, never mind. :)
Do you know how many Champions League-level players you can get for 40MM Zoraks? I think Henry has to sit and listen to that offer.
+1 for the Hot Box, that sounds excellent and I need to try to track one down.
I get what you're saying here and I can dig it, though I'd offer up the counterpoint that for some fans, who might not actually get to see their club play in person as often as they'd like, the matchday scarf might be top of the list as a memento.
Maybe I'm a little touchy still as an LFC fan, but "Flop" seems like it's a bit pejorative for actually happened? Or, perhaps it's just that every troll out there addresses Liverpool fans with some variant of it? "You'll Never Fail Alone," "You'll Never Win Again," etc. Seems like a bit of a cheap shot if it's…
Suarez has to be the most valuable player in the world right now on transfer value. Real might have a go at him but his asking price would make Bale look like an academy kid. Just how badly do you figure Real need him?
How does the Valencia defender not do something there? As unlikely as that goal might have been, how do you give Cristiano Ronaldo a yard of free space on the six?
I don't know if I starred this for BR or for Moyes.
You hit the reason that, while I have close to a dozen scarves from Sporting Kansas City, I don't yet own a Liverpool one. I may never make it to Anfield but I'll finally get the chance to see them in Boston this summer with a bit of luck.
It is very tempting to drive in from the New Hampshire line. I didn't actually know that Phoenix Landing was the Liverpool pub until I moved further out, because I didn't even know any other fans back then. I'll have to settle for watching on the couch with my daughter and hoping that Joe Allen can fill Hendo's role…
No problem. I'm expected to remember these things. :)
Thanks, I'll message you over at your DA. Just got to grab a couple pieces of info from you and I'll jump right on it.
Some of the details look a bit rough, especially on the controller. Not really impressed with the button labels, and most of the Terra/Magitek silhouette becomes hard to discern. I'd definitely be happy to have that console, though, because you're right, Luke: the non-US console was always much more attractive.
That's really cool. Don't suppose you'd be interested in crossposting it to the fanart gallery on my site? http://www.cavesofnarshe.com/fanart/
I didn't know what the word "steampunk" was when I first played Final Fantasy VI - who did, in 1994? Certainly not a kid in the middle of farmland Illinois - but that aesthetic jumped out at me right away, and it's still one of my favorite examples of it.
Sorry, I meant the other Nintendo systems when I said that, I wasn't very clear. Not sure why it's not on Wii U yet, or the 3DS - they seem like no-brainers. The PSX version was released to the Sony store, as well. It at least is a game that you can play in a variety of formats even now, at least. Not quite to FF4's…
Edit: burner icon misreading. Oops!
I used to be SO pro-"Three" back in the day. I wonder what changed me? I know I started using VI around the turn of the century, but I have to imagine it was me just being a poser back then. :)
