Not only that, but the headline “the states where it is most expensive to own a car” is a bit of a misnomer. Anyone can buy a car and own it and be done with it. This only takes into account the purchase price of said car and the insurance. For the cities you listed, they need to factor in gas costs, repair costs,…
“Great Value Auto”!
I saw that part and initially thought this was going to be about that Life At Sea thing; so if you knew you already got screwed over on a big chunk of change to do something like this, the smart thinking says, stay away from these types of ventures, as the outlay vs. the risk doesn’t seem to match well. NGL, I glanced at the picture and in my mind, thought “this is some PG County or MoCo nonsense” before reading the header.
Is it possible to get some type of fire-suppression mechanism in the trailers that carry these cars, much like the race cars use in their engine compartments? If so, it would seem like cheap insurance, given what some of these guys are carrying around.
That’s the one I’ve seen, out on the QEW.
A stick, a convertible, a rare edition of an already uncommon car, in decent shape for $4k?
