*this is the real story*

You can get them (in a color even!) for less than that:

I’m just here for someone showing up in a Hyundai and besting someone in a quarter million dollar car like it ain’t no big deal.

I like it. NP.

I think it’s supposed to look like this:

While I agree with you, in this case, I’m speculating on what happened here; look up Mill Hall, PA. It is figuratively (and literally!) in the middle of the state. If this originally was from there or adjacent, I’m guessing that the owner basically puttered around town (which had a population of 1610 as of a 2010

Fifth Circle of Hell

Depends on the location; I was planning a trip to Turks and Caicos this year. Having never been, I did some research. Apparently they advise you to take a pretty good amount of cash with you, as they don’t have a lot of ATMs there, and they’re spotty at best. I like to be prepared, so I could see taking a larger than

This.

I’m with you on this one; bought a 2008 Escape in 2011 with 34k on it; I now have 160,xxx on it, and while it doesn’t have a bumper-to-bumper warranty (or any warrany, for that matter), I figure not having had a car payment for the last 8 years or so, any of that money can (and did) go to repairs and such. This sentence from the article was awkwardly phrased, as I thought the same thing you did:

Then there’s the Bentley trio (Continental GT, GTC and Flying Spur) that have two batteries you have to deal with; one is more of a starter battery and the other is for all the systems.

I’d personally prefer the roadster, but for $26k, if everything works, I can live with it. NP

Those were the exact same two cars I chose as well. Being that both have been/ are in a museum and not out in the elements (esp. in the case of the Spider), and have been maintained, sounds like a good deal to me.

*shrug* I like it. It isn’t a bog standard Eldorado, the conversion looks very well thought out, even in the interior with the roof liner, and surprisingly, also with the top up, it looks true to the original. Only thing I wish that was done differently was the tonneau cover-this one has a more polished look to it:

I always wondered about that too, like if you were doing anything other than accelerating, wouldn’t the brake light constantly be going on/off, as you’d be slowing down, intentionally or otherwise?

They didn’t cover the plate of the car in the background, so that means it’s fair game...or something, right?

Always liked these, and while I’d prefer a stick, this is fine for putting around town and going to car shows. For $6K, I’d take a chance...NP

I know that Kias and Hyundais are supposed to be easy enough to steal with a USB drive and a YouTube video, but in 2024, doesn’t GM have something in their cars beyond...idk Passkey 3 to protect them? If you take the rail cars out of the situation and the thieves were at a dealer lot, couldn’t they just do whatever
