Connor was never a realistic candidate for president

Willa mentioning that he might get a book deal and a speaking tour out of his presidential run is probably the most realistic outcome (and she’s probably planning to ghostwrite it).

I can’t believe this week’s episode had me cheering Conor forking Roy. first for telling the GOP candidate to take a hike and second for taking Willa’s feelings about Oman seriously. Is their relationship the healthiest on the whole show?

Also, the best line: “A bit car-bomby.”

YOU GET BACK IN YOUR CAGE!!!!

Nolan loves dealign with time and perception, i can’t wait to see this movie and if he brings those elements into the it.

Yeah because he doesn’t actually know how to respond to people in anything resembling a normal way. Up until Ted came along, Nate was a grown ass man that got high school bullied for his whole life. That’s gonna mess a person up. Now he’s got exactly 0 self esteem and has a subconscious perception of everyone being

As someone who went to a school with several rich students. I can say that while rich people wouldn’t be fighting over drinking too much beer and how to spend money, they would be fighting over drinking too much wine and the secret second family one of them has on another continent.

Development of the atomic bomb (before the Nazis managed it) and the end of the biggest war the world had ever seen which had already killed 50 million people (a little more than 2% of the entire human population), at least half of them civilians.

This take is about as reasonable as you would expect from someone with a Love Quinn avatar

Because he gets to be in the same room and party with as he correctly put it “40 of the most important people in America” including the Roys and that’s what most important to him: power and influence.

Geri being Geri, she didn’t use them until she’d retained outside counsel and PR. Smart lady.

He isn’t motivated by money itself - none of them are or they could all retire and go lay on a beach somewhere. Winning, status, power is where their hearts are.

Proud of myself for calling Mattson trying to use the deal to cover something up.

I’ve never seen this show, but I’m sorry for all the people who lost their jobs, who, despite what some other commenters on this page think, are still people.

I also assume that Costner has a producers credit that he loses if it’s a new show.

Kevin Reynolds put it best: Costner should always direct himself. That way he can work with his favorite actor and his favorite director.

“There is no feud - we have no relationship” is the most perfect things I’ve read this week.

I had the priviledge of working for Debbie Reynolds at her Las Vegas hotel.

I know her only from two things—being Carrie Fischer’s daughter and her being so goddamn funny in Booksmart. So, I’m with her, is what I’m saying.

What’s Woody’s defense? “I may have molested my biological child and statutorily raped my stepdaughter, but no one better call me a friend of Jeffrey Epstein’s!”
