My interpretation of the NB contract and the followup from Brooks, etc, is that the reason there were no listed reductions is there were no reductions to list.

Even if it is a basic contract dispute, Nike will try to put this guy in the ground by drawing this out for as long as possible. You are falsely under the assumption that the Nike contract was better. Nike promised to beat or match New Balance’s contract but their supposed matching added in things to the contract making it worse. The New Balance contract had no reductions and Nike’s counter-offer was worse.
