YES UGH. It’s enough to make you keep vomiting b/c of how awful your vomit is. My pasta-vomiting adventures have shamed me into the realization that I do not chew my food. I’ve barfed up elbows and I swear I REMEMBER chewing like a normal human but like 95% of the elbows are perfectly intact.
