Are you under the impression that the government runs MSNBC and other news outlets?

It makes sense if it’s a joke. Which it is.

Only very small, very careful people.

They have different hair?

Everyone on your side of the argument sounds like they have rich parents.

I get the feeling that a lot of people in this thread have wealthy parents that paid their way through school. Super fucking privileged viewpoint to complain that parents would ask for some phone time each week when they’re spending $200K on your education.

I share stuff that my siblings tell me with my mom all the time. One of them is bipolar so we kind of work as a team, updating each other on her mental state so we can catch if she’s going to have a meltdown soon (or try to). The other thing is my two younger sisters, despite being adults, fight like fucking teenage

You are a voice of reason in this hot mess of projecting feelings onto a fucking anonymous letter to Prudie. Sheesh.

Project much?

That makes perfect sense. I’ve been doing the weird shit for 10 months. Got my (5th) 21-day progesterone test yesterday and I don’t have the results yet. Result: I’m super overly sensitive about this shit. Sorry for being bitchy!

Not if it’s a “reasonableness” standard in which case it’s a determination of law, not fact.

Do you know if there is higher court he could further appeal to, or any other opportunity to review? I’m not familiar with the SA justice system at all so I’m just wondering if this is the final verdict.

That’s a pretty simplistic view of things. I’m in my 30s, I’ve been with my husband for over a decade, and we don’t exactly have sex every day anymore. If I know when I’m ovulating (by doing “weird shit” such as taking ovulation tests at home) I have a much higher chance of getting pregnant by having what is, to me, a

THANK YOU. God an odd post that was. I always find myself curious where people get their batshit “facts.”

Basically 2% wine. Right there with ya.

Dude this entire thread you’ve been claiming the estate tax shouldn’t be raised b/c you’re apparently being improperly compensated for your work at your father’s company. It makes absolutely no sense. If the company is unduly taxed at his death it is 100% the fault of your father and/or his accountant and tax lawyer.

I’m guessing you aren’t from a part of the country where people understand how primary residences are valued and taxed after death?

I think you covered it in the first word of your answer. Which you then clumsily attempted to contradict . . . No. No one has ever worked less hard b/c upon their death their assets over some extremely high number will be taxed more heavily than they would like.

You know that commenters are only advocating taxing over a very large threshold, right?

Yeah, totally confused about the OP. Does she mean she watched it repeatedly b/c she loves Cate Blanchett and An Ideal Husband SO MUCH? That’s the only interpretation that makes any sense!
