I just posted on someone else’s comment that my mother and I got into a shouting match when I mentioned a honeyfund in passing, so I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with a mother who was so very offended with the idea of funding experiences, not items you’ll never use.

My mom is quite the open person, but the first time I mentioned a honeyfund to her I questioned if she was having a stroke.

We aren’t having an actual wedding, just an elopement now and a party a few months down the road after we’re settled into our new house. SOOOOO we went the TRULY tacky route of setting up a Honeyfund. Fight me. I don’t give a shit.
