I never thought of putting gnocci in my air fryer; that’s a clever idea.

Clam zombies?

That’s why you make a salt water pool in your backyard and have a clam farm instead.

Yes. Preminced garlic, 7ish dollars, lasts us 2 or 3 months.

Not that I’ve roasted myself. We go through garlic enough that I get a large 7$ jar from the store, because it’s cheaper.

Added sugar, I suppose. I dunno. Maybe I’ll try it and see? You can slow roast garlic, maybe I can try that and compare.

So does that mean I could, theoretically, caramelize garlic along with onions?

Maybe next time I’m in Toronto (*cries in Covid*) I’ll stop by. Or ask my Toronto dwelling SIL to acquire. Thanks freind!

I didn’t need a Ukranian relative back home, I need a hookup here. My one friend of Ukrainian extract doesn’t make cabbage rolls at all. It is very sad.

I think there’s one, but it’s on the other side of the city. My life is one of tragedy and sorrow. But the Ukrainian Festival crops up occasionally.

Oh, we are deeply flawed, I admit; but it’s different if you grow up there. At least we are awful to your face.

Yeah, to Ontario. I’d much rather be home, to be honest. Food and beer’s better here, but home has mountains and (almost) everyone I love.

Ed’s right. I moved to Ontario from Alberta, and the access to Ukrainian food is a travesty. I have to make my own cabbage rolls! Cabbage rolls are meant to be purchased from your dad’s friend’s coworker’s wife!

You eat the head, the arms, the feet, then the rest.

I rarely eat candy corn, but when I do it’s in small bits, tip to base.

Eh & W.

Apparently our A&W is superior? As in, actually good.

Yeah, the nomenclature just sounds risky. I have work friends. My spouse is at home.

Ah, but then you don’t have to eat for a day and a half after!

The best part of moving to Ontario was the discovery of St-Hubert. The best part of St-Hubert is the Piri-Piri burger.
