This. KD is for when I want KD (usually I get the cauliflower based one, to lie to myself). Mac and cheese is when I want Mac and cheese.

To me, they are different things. If I want mac and cheese, I’ll make it from scratch. But if I want KD, I want KD.

Yeah, valid. I keep thinking I want one, but I have been waffling, because I was never sure if I’d use it enough.

Is it better on a rack? I generally just use aluminium foil. I keep wondering if I should pick up a rack, if it would be worth it.

Would brushing lightly with oil or butter cause some browning?

Microwave, it doesn’t take as long. But then you gotta scoop out the insides, mix it with things as desired, then fry it.

Or Kinder Surprises, but they changed the toys and they are boring now.

I keep bacon grease (and any others that are clean) in a jar on the stove. Why have I never thought of this? I remember to do it for other stuff.

On the one hand, I love SPK. On the other, I think I got a cavity reading that menu. 

There is an excellent tex-mex place we enjoy that I kind of miss. Burger’s Priest is open here now, so that too.
