As of three years ago, Heinz had 76% market share on ketchup in Canada, dropping from 85% when they left Leamington, Ontario. There was drama. It was headline news for a while.

My first thought was very much “Aww, poor guy has been in the house so long he’s begun designing chocolate chips.”

I learned to like tofu after making it crispy (breading, frying, then baking) and dipping it into the dish I intended to make, like some kind of overengineered corn chip.

I loathe making summer wraps for that reason. Every time, I get a pack thinking it will be different...

Verdict: actually not bad!

Well, it was fancy local Cola, so the ingredients weren’t quite the same; but it did taste peculiar. I wasn’t even sure I liked it half the time. And yet, sometimes it’s all I wanted.

I am always down for new coffee and pop combinations. I think I’ll try that.
