This is a stupid idea that appeals to a tiny percentage of the audience. BRING BACK INTERMISSION. That’s what will make bank.

...that will justify its cost when players see how “vast and complete” it is.

Whether or not it’s got a $70 base price I honestly am just not interested in another big live service game. I can imagine multiplayer being good for a game like this but it’s the main focus I’m not as interested. Just give us a modern Pirates!

I think so but I also think FO4 was already beginning to show the cracks in Bethesda’s basic gameplay loop. The other major flaw for Starfield was competing with CP and BG3 at the same time and losing to both in Characters and Scale.

They have done that since AC Origins, sometimes its decent sometimes less.

Starfield also very much falls into this category. Had it come out sooner it would have probably been well received but Skyrim in space over a decade after Skyrim in a year where some of the best games of this century(maybe ever) have been released just killed any momentum it had.

Honestly given this is an Ubisoft game slightly Assassin’s Creed adjacent, its a surprise the history is that bad.  Assassin’s Creed games are so well researched that they turn around and put out educational side games for them for schools that teach people about the eras(without all the throat stabbing).

Okay as the pirate historian, this game is bizarre. The opening narration talks about capitalism and mega corporations, which doesn’t fit. Its set in 1695, East India Company is around but its not a global monster yet, and mercentalism is the dominate economic style, Adam Smith isn’t even born until 1723.

Why don’t you ask Larian Studios?

‘”Embracer’s “overruling principle is to always maximize shareholder value in any given situation.”

I dunno if anyone told you this, but how acronyms work is, you take the FIRST letter of the words and put them together to make your acronym. Cherry picking letters and cramming them into an acronym forcefully as you have done is incorrect and may I say, very cringe.

Embracer’s “overruling principle is to always maximize shareholder value in any given situation.”

That’s all you need to know. They should not be allowed to touch anything that is art related. Including media and video games. They will stifle creativity, suck life out any project, and be a cancer on anything they

Problem is do you have a couple of million after that to actually make a game for us 🥺

Microsoft has already stated that Activision was already planning layoffs.  Now, while trusting suits on their word alone isn’t generally a good idea, it’s also worth noting that the previous guy in charge was Bobby Kotick.  As the paragon of sweetness and light that he is, I’m sure Activision would never have done

Restaurant Business notes the company does not control menu pricing, franchisees do.

Yup plus if you are someone like me who HATES iceberg lettuce, it makes it easier to remove if they put it on even when I asked for no lettuce.

Apparently Del Taco doesn’t understand that the cheese goes on the meat, then the veggies go on top, either.

As a confirmed introvert, a restaurant proposal would have been a horror for me. The first person I was engaged to, did it on a Thanksgiving dinner during dessert in front of all his family, my mother and my sister. My family had no idea, but his did and it was awkward as hell, and pushed me to make a decision that I

How much do I tip after my marriage proposal was denied.

Does your partner like being the center of attention? Only do this if you know the answer is unequivocally “yes”. Incidentally, if your answer is “I dunno”, then you need to postpone the proposal for a little while. I mean, make sure you are both on the same page about where you think your relationship is going too,
