Ya I have Builders on Preorder.... against my better judgement (not interested in it, but reaction has been good so I maybe surprised). Tweeted, emailed, all the usual things. Just wish that they would have had the balls for I am Setsuna instead of Dragon Quest which historically hasn’t done that well in the west.

Well, consider this my official comment, then: HELL YES, I WANT DRAGON QUEST XI!

Why is it that Japanese devs with proven track records and strong fanbases outside Japan keep thinking their games aren’t wanted overseas?

Ive been playing dragon quest builders and its amazing too, you should pick that up when it comes out west. its very addictive. I dont know enough japanese to read everything but Ive spent entire nights just building my city

We need Dragon Quest XI to come to the west too! It is great to see more and more JRPG’s make it over here, and I wish DQ would make as big of a splash as Final Fantasy over here. It really deserves it.

Dang it Jason, now I feel obligated to buy DQ7. It’s a game that’s been on my mind for a while now, but the sheer scope of the original release wasn’t something that I was looking forward to having to fit in to my backlog. Not to mention having to track one down and deal with the issues that were in the original…
