Why would you use $15 a bottle olive oil?? Why not use a cheap store brand, and it certainly doesn't have to be extra virgin.

considering the changes in the value of the dollar over the years, i don't think consoles are really that much more expensive now and in fact probably actually cost less. the first new console i ever bought was a colecovision in 1982 which, if i remember right, was around $300 not including accessories like the atari…

hey cool. i'm not sure about floppies, but i know we have a boatload of 100 and 250 meg zip disks at work that aren't used anymore. i'm sure they'd work just as well, and they're thicker than floppies.

@dapoktan: i have the ps3 and the 360 connected via ethernet cable through the same switch (only the wii is on the wifi). for the most part, especially on large downloads like system updates, i can't say that i notice any appreciable difference in download speed between them. maybe it's your wifi.
