My man, may I introduce you to the Masterpiece line... which is exactly what you’re looking for. They’re high end remakes of the original figures, and guess what! They made some Beast Wars versions. So far: Optimus Primal, Cheetor, Black Arachnia, Megatron, Dinobot, Lio Convoy.

I think the Beast Wars “Masterpiece” line is what you’re looking for. They’re dumb expensive, and they don’t have them all, but Dinobot and Megatron are part of the line to scratch your dino itch. both the beast and bot modes look pretty dang close to the show.
