I mean, I seem to recall Martin doing a lot to subvert the idea of prophecies with the comet early in the series? That should kind of prepare us to be let down by any other prophecy.

I can’t take credit for noticing this, it was someone else, but at the beginning of this season (s8e1) when Jon and Arya reunite, Jon is standing facing the tree in the exact same position as the NK and Arya startled him causing him to ask “How did you sneak up on me?”.

I believe they merged. It looks that way because the Alan with the coat and red scarf from his timeline and the Nadia without a coat from her timeline are the ones that emerge from the parade. When they enter the parade, in Alan’s timeline they’re both wearing coats and in Nadia’s they’re both not.

A valid point if we don’t take into consideration additional context from RotJ. Being able to snatch Han Solo out from the imperial grasp implies power beyond just the backwater location.

I’ve seen multiple people over the past few weeks saying VIII is their favorite. I thought I was all alone... There must be dozens of us!

I mean, it’s always been the home base of one of the most notorious gangsters in the galaxy. It’s bound to be some sort of nexus as long as the head of the Hutt crime syndicate is there. (And that’s not a retcon, it was intended from the get-go in ANH).

Wouldn’t that more likely be the $60,000 “bonus” they included on top?

    My reaction exactly.

Yes! Completely agree! They even had Cummings on to voice Darkwing for an episode, why couldn’t they get him for this!?

2.) While Jaime Camil has a great voice and all, I’m going to have a really hard time not hearing Jim Cummings - such a distinctive and wonderful voice. (Hondo on Star Wars Rebels in was of my favorite characters, in no small part because of Jim Cummings).

Hey @Jason Schreier - we going to get a FFIX retrospective?

I disagree. They spend an awful lot of the show commenting on how people in the park are free to be who they really are due to the lack of consequences. I think that gives you a truer look into a person’s base instincts and drives.

Different station, same department. Rules are generally applied to the department.

When a post complaining about typos has a typo... ;)

This isn’t really news, is it? We’ve known about 3 from Benioff/Weiss, 3 from Johnson, Epsiode 9, Fett and Kenobi. All 9 of those can be said to be in “various stages of development”.

They called him the “WannaCry Hero” because he stopped the WannaCry ransomware attack that was spreading like wildfire in its tracks by finding the kill switch.

All valid points, and I agree with you...but he said hands, head. I don’t think he was advocating killing him.

What this article is describing aren’t gimmicky beers like your raspberry or blueberry fruit beer. These fruit flavors are tasting notes of the hops, similar to how bourbons and wine are described in terms of oak, vanilla, cinnamon, stone fruit, etc... There tends to be very little sweetness to go along with it,

Blue Point Mosaic Session. I’ve always got a little bit of blueberry off of that one, one of the few Mosaic beers that I have. Plus it’s $6 for a 4 pack of tall boys, great value.

Oh damn...that’s brutal. And I love it.
