I'm a CS student who attends that university. The entire class is not male but I completely agree with you that his intentions were to raise awareness about victim blaming.

Did anyone else read that question and think that the professor had a very misguided way of trying to get guys to think in an empathetic way about rape victims? It's entirely possible the entire class was male.

Personally I find Miller to be pretty good and Cumberbatch to be quite bad. Additionally I feel that each show is carried by its respective Watson.

If it's happening everywhere, then by that very supposition, this says everything about the gaming community and industry. And just as other industries and communities need to battle this behavior in their own respective groups, we too need to do our part in the gaming community.

Making games is hard. Even in the AAA industry, plenty of games miss release dates, and plenty more are cancelled. I don't see why people should expect anything different from independent developers.

Anybody else watch Castle?

I love how their relationship has transitioned and the show has not been "ruined" by it. In may ways, it's improved because they've never lost sight of what the show was about.

Counterpoint: Castle has been just fine since Castle and Beckett got together, and the ratings aren't substantially lower. My theory why that works is that there's a lot of other things going on in the show - crimes to solve, family members to appease, coworkers who have their own lives.
