Most of the ones I know in person speak quite highly of it. Mind you, I lived in one of the most populous areas of the country, and it is my understanding that areas with lower populations are underserved... alas, they would be underserved regardless. Most of us would probably agree that it’s not perfect, but it’s

Primates are not pets.

Even when they’re owned by people who love them, it’s still terrible. Primates are not pets. See the slow loris trade, and ticklingistorture.org...

I always thought the boards had nurses that were sent out when needed. I mean, someone has to check kids in case of a lice outbreak... They were never around my schools for if you had a flu or something.

I still hope that there’s a Fallout coming from Obsidian someday. I’ve heard sad rumors that indicate it won’t happen, but I will still hope. I... also probably won’t be buying more games from Bethesda until a month after their release based on Fallout to let the hype die down and find out if it’s a good RPG rather

12 kids? Really?

It’s 2016— turn of the century should probably mean Y2K parties. You’re going to have to start qualifying that time period soon.

Kickstarter’s TOS says that they should, and there are potential legal ramifications thanks to the government enforcing terms on at least one project in Washington...

I really don’t like this full refunding of Kickstarter money thing. Unless it’s out and out fraud, and of course we all know that some of them have been, I just don’t think they should be obligated to give it all back— especially not since they won’t get their taxes back, nor the money that Kickstarter and the payment

Yeah, I once got a review saying that I was intimidating. I was all “am I?” to my friends for a while after.

Interesting! I’d love to know if the games using this form of anti-piracy are receiving the sales that some folks claim they lose to illegal downloads. I personally think they probably do lose some sales to theft, just not the number that is typically claimed... but it’d be great to be able to back that thought up

Banner week for Texans so far. Stop funding for the prevention of HIV, increase your ability to force children to birth children...

What is this? This panda couldn’t eat bamboo shoots! It’s some kind of panda for ANTS!

I’m in the industry, and I agree with you. Too many people are willing to do it, unfortunately. They’re idiots and they’re enabling bad management and poor overall productivity (sure, maybe you can work 16 hour days for a few months, but you’re adding more bugs than you remove). I can deal with occasional overtime,

What property do you think they have? Used computers really don’t go for all that much as compared to salary, and most software licenses are non-transferable... they probably don’t own the building they operate out of.

“Because on a list of games, an interactive novel was included.”

Hey now. Daycare is a requirement if you live in most apartments. They don’t want you leaving the dog alone for more than 8 hours but jobs often require at least 9 hours without including overtime (commute + legally required lunch).

It always astounds me that you’ve got this in the US. Hot lunches provided to elementary students. We didn’t have cafeterias until high school. Kids got what their parents packed, and if their parents didn’t pack them something... well, the principal generally called home to find out what was wrong. It’s not like

Eh, if you’re a white, well-off person, it’s not so bad. Just gotta ignore the underclass. <.< (Seriously, though, I wish my job was back in my home country.)

Oh, man, I saw that preview. It looked like such a shitty movie...
