You know, I can’t quite figure out why it skeezes me out so much. There is a bit of “I know DJT is obsessed with Ivanka and with Putin so let me connect his two obsessions” to Sater’s email.

WRT “putting Ivanka in Putin’s office chair” (yep: threw up in my mouth a tiny bit there), there really is something creepy about that right? It’s got sort of a weird “Eskimo sisters”/ share-y vibe about it, almost as if Sater wanted Cohen to tell Trump his daughter-wife would be sitting where Putin does.
In light of her letter of support for that guy, can you imagine how the GOP would have framed it if Fudge went any further than she did in trying for the Speakership.
Springsteen was my first real concert in June of 1985, in Slane Castle in Co. Meath, Ireland. I was 15. It was awesome. Beautiful weather, great crowd, great sound. I’m somewhere in this photo (photo is from an article in the Irish Examiner (dated 09.27.2016)):
The main point that stuck out to me from The Corporation is that years back, corporations were created for a very specific projects and disbanded after said project was completed. So, once you built that bridge, no need for the “XYZ BRIDGE Corporation.” This meant that corporations were not year-after-year worried…
Thanks. It’s interesting to me that you note that knowing someone/s who ‘went against’ things you “thought [you] had hard opinions on”. I’ve found that this can be the strongest reason for a person to change an opinion.
You say you “know because [you] used to be a Karen.” What changed your mind? Asking for a friend. (Literally: asking so I can maybe use that approach on a friend.)
Of course. It's their side hustle for when they're not working for Ivanka.
Agreed 100% on this. Well, 99.999999999999%: please don’t call yourself “just a nurse”.
You’d have to take a page form Emmet Till’s mother: they’d have to be bloody pictures. You couldn’t just show a dead person; you’d have to show the blood and guts and gore that always follow a gunshot.
Not only normal, it’s required.
Ooh, a game! Like Mad-Libs (like me, a mad lib!).
I can’t speak for David E. Davis or dudebra, but in this case I’m certainly hoping he (Zinke) wouldn’t be released.
This isn’t Bloomberg’s first go ’round with giving $$$ away.
Seems that he's deleted the tweet.
Take all of them, for the Pratchett.
I think it should read:
“Ahem, I was just tying my shoelace! My bad.”
Also, contingencies would’ve been in place well before he got to Paris for a journey by car if it were needed. Blaming the Secret Service is chickenshittery of the highest order.
