Commiserations to Jezebel. Way back when, Deadspin was banned from “political” articles. Splinter was closed. Root’s comments were shut off, and now Jezebel’s gone. Pretty shitty pattern emerging.

That’s true. Jezebel was a lively alternative to the transcendent calm of never-changing Splinter.   Life and death each have their virtues.

They shut down Splinter during the most important election of our lifetime and then they shut down Jez when their coverage of reproductive freedom could not be any more essential.
