This is basically my exact taste in music.

Boredom, by the Buzzcocks.

I've watched all of Season One of Sense8 this week, and am now on to Season Two. God, I love this fucking show. To my mind, this makes up for all of the Wachowski's missteps since The Matrix.

I know, I actually really like Lulu, I just thought it was a funny joke.

And then in 44 years, you can do a piece on Lulu, the best Lou Reed album.

Christopher Hitchens was also hilarious. Whenever Milo does a joke he just comes off as a wannabe comedian, desperate for attention.

Those two Kreative Kontrol episodes with Ian and Steve are so good. I could listen to those guys talk forever.

I already like his stuff, but I never really dove that deep past Hallelujah.

A girl I like is really into Jeff Buckley, so I'm about to do a Jeff Buckley binge in an almost-certainly-doomed-to-fail bid to have something to talk with her about.

I just watched the Kill Bill movies for the first time in 3 or 4 years. They didn't really do anything for me then, but I liked them a whole heap more this time around.

I was really surprised that it didn't even show up on any of the ballots. It's arguably the best Iggy record in almost 40 years, and Paraguay is easily the best closer of the year.

In no particular order, because I am indecisive.

What Zimmerman did was legal under Florida's dumb laws. You can't have the president just ignore a state's laws and prosecute someone who he personally believes to be a fuckface.

Straight to Hell is such a perfect, beautiful song. It didn't really effect me the first couple of times I heard it, but at some point it just fucking clicked.

I totally agree on Bohemian Rhapsody. There was a three year stretch where I listened to that song 1,000+ times. But since that has already been taken, my second choice would have to be Prayer to God, by Shellac. That was sort of a life changing experience.

Sadly, not everyone knows that. I was at an amateur comedy night a few days ago, and multiple people, both on stage and in the audience, said "That's what she said." It was a bleak night. The MC had a mullet and dreadlocks.

She's also one of the most prominent proponents of the Flat Earth Theory. She really has no idea how to pick good opinions.
