This is the same way I burrow under the covers when I go to bed.

Yes, pretty much every day is a great day for Betsy DeVos. Unless she (or her husband or dad) makes a monumentally bad investment decision, she ends every day a little wealthier than she started.

I disagree: Comey was doing his job badly.

God, there are just so many. I think it really comes down to either (1) throwing an alley-oop pass for Eric Wright to dunk during garbage time (or, as I called it, “my time”) in a high school blowout or (2) spotting Ron Zenker when he benched 515 lbs. in college.

If they keep this up, home attendance will plummet.

I think I agree with you. He wasn’t a depressing player, his story is depressing because he was really good with a very bright future, but (as you said) his body gave out way too young. In some ways, more depressing than the Greg Odeon tragedy because Roy had the chance to actually show what he could do at the

This is overhyped. Tim Tebow has stigmata, just like Christ. They’re always bleeding.

Theodoric of York was a medieval barber.

With all the young (extremely expensive) arms going bust in the league, why don’t more teams employ Mike Marshall’s pitching conditioning system? Dude was known as “Iron Mike” for a reason during his playing days and he has a Ph.D. in kineisology. Per his Wikipedia page:

Chamberlain literally refused to sit. His numbers include overtime games, of which the Warriors had 7 (one of which was double overtime and another was triple overtime).

Its not a violation if he pays for it with his own money. The question is, where did he get the money? In a lot of instances, a likely high pick (or their family) gets fronted money by his agent against his initial contract. This is a violation, but its really hard to prove, particularly when the player’s parents

Over at ESPN.com, Kevin Seifert estimated that Butts lost a lot more than $157,000:

I agree with Maycock that analysis should be front and center instead of gimmicks and your insight that the league is trying to make the Shield the true face of the NFL, rather than one of those hard-to-control things called “players”.

In the first picture, you know that Nugent is thinking to himself, “How can I get my classy wife to do a three-way with this slutty former Republican VP candidate?”

This is a horribly sexist observation, but my first thought when looking at the picture with Trump is “in a room with two rocker groupies, how does the former GOP VP candidate come off as the skankiest looking?”

Yet another horrific consequence of the Trump presidency: the bar has been set so low that any chin-less idiot thinks they have a viable shot to become President. And the evidence indicates they’re right.

Murder by hanging while imprisoned is kind of the perfect crime. Short of a witness willing to come forward (unlikely), I can’t imagine any evidence that couldn’t be equally explained away as suicide (and I’ve watched a lot of forensic crime shows on the TV, so, you know . . .)

As a Gunner’s fan AND a believer in the “Trump will end the America” idea, I’m experiencing extreme cognitive dissonance. How could such a hateful, tasteless person raise such an intelligent, refined son?

I think the “Trump voters/Tea Party true believers are all idiots” meme is wrong. I don’t think the InfoWars, Limbaugh, FauxNews, etc. consumers actually believe all the lies that flow out of those orifices. I think, instead, they are mostly just dicks.
