Just chiming in with moral support. My husband is RCMP which works similarly in terms of members being sent to wherever the fuck middle of shit nowhere.

I think that’s the problem. I can’t hang out with half my friends anymore because they enjoy the illegal drugs and that isn’t compatible with husband’s job. It’s sad realizing how many of my friends were really just “party friends”.

Ya. If I have kids I am not going to bother doing anything nice to their walls and encourage them to cover it with whatever they want. I always felt bad for the friends whose rooms only had, like, one framed photo hung on the perfectly painted wall. Booooring.

OMG the poster sale was my favourite time of year. I had a like 8-foot high poster of Johnny Depp playing the piano and smoking a cigarette. It was so heavy it would always fall down so it had rips and crinkles all over it. RIP cool, sexy Johnny Depp.
