Not only that, but Tesla’s primary market segment of first adopters were the ones who believed in Saint Elon, the visionary liberal, futurist. His behavior over Twitter has pretty much dispelled all parts of that image. How many of his followers want to follow Elon the alt-right slur-champion and world renowned…
Im sure you're totally qualified and have definitely spent years studying environmental sciences, ocean chemistry, atmospheric sciences, etc etc enough to make that claim. You couldn't possibly be just rehashing info you've heard but don't understand in the slightest.
Rather than regurgitating what other people say on Facebook, maybe do some of your own research. 1c over 150 years is not a good sign. Maybe, start with “Wet-bulb temperature” and go from there in your studies.
It isn’t rewarding bad behavior, it’s correcting overly punitive state behavior. if you can’t get to work, you can’t pay your fine. super simple stuff, imo, and I haven’t had so much as a parking ticket in my 2+ decade driving “career” and I’ve never set foot in Oregon, so it’s not like I’m personally going to benefit…
The issue is, when the punishment is only a punishment for the poor, it’s a misguided law.
I was pulled over one time for “exceeding” speed limit (45 in a 55, testing mpg in a Prius ). It was in El Centro, desert with a few of dips, middle of nowhere at night, no street lights, miles of straight roads. Absolutely no line of sight. A few cars and trucks passed me. I had valentine v1 gen 2 radar detector…
I know you probably get a ton of inquiries like this, but “I want a luxury SUV! What luxury SUV should I buy?” is getting a little stale. It’s hard to have fun with it when you can count the viable choices on one hand.
But the flags would have the stars of the left side, even on the passenger side of the truck, because cosplay never gets every detail quite right.
Not surprising at all. Dodge has been very successful in milking the “special edition” vehicles with a paint job and a markup for a long time now. They’ve done what, 20 of them on the “last call” challengers? They know their target market, and they know what works.
I'd argue government subsidies and mandates did more for EVs than Elon. Elon is great at the PT Barnum routine, but making EVs cool for affluent people just isn't as big a deal as people make it out to be.
Death to tesla. Yeah I know they did a lot for EV’s and people will lose jobs but I’m really looking forward to seeing Musky get his comeuppance. Worth it.
If there was ever an example of a CEO intentionally self-destructing their own company(s) it has to be Musk. All 100% preventable. He has effectively poisoned the well. Great job!
He still wants to run the software and server team.... He is a fucking idiot. I would let his ignorant run everything else EXCEPT the software and server team.
...or at least not return to you again and again, or do further business with you. WTH?
I agree. Without the movie, this car would have the same following as the Bricklin.
DeLoreans are cool to look at, but absolutely terrible in every other way.
Man, where did he find that crooked mechanic... Angie’s List?
DeLorean Motor Co would be a forgotten footnote in automotive history without that movie - if anything they should be giving 5% of the company to the movie studio for keeping the DeLorean brand popular enough that it’s still worth anything today.
You get a lot of people looking at people with degrees in things like Art History or Gender Studies or whatever else who are struggling because they’re unable to get a job that uses their degree saying, like, “well it’s your own fault that you didn’t study something to get a job like programming or business analysis…
